A little about me:

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and a Master’s degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Following my graduate studies, I completed an intensive two-year clinical training program in insight-oriented, relational therapy at The Saturday Center for Psychotherapy in Santa Monica, CA. This extensive training focused on a relational approach to therapy, which is at the heart of my practice.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in depth psychology, relational dynamics, and intersubjectivity. I work with clients to explore how past experiences influence their present relationships and inner world. I see our therapeutic relationship as a valuable tool for gaining insight into how you connect with others, allowing you to build healthier and more meaningful relationships.

As the first-generation child of immigrants, I am particularly attuned to the unique cultural dynamics and challenges that can impact an individual's life. I offer a straightforward yet nurturing approach, and while this has resonated with many, the best way to determine if we are a good fit is to meet and explore that together.
