Workshops for generational healing

  • Echoes Beneath the Soil is a one-day workshop for Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) women, exploring how identity, heritage, and generational patterns shape emotional lives. Through reflective exercises, discussions, and small group activities, participants will cultivate self-compassion, practice healthy boundaries, and connect with a supportive community.

The day concludes with a celebration of MENA culture, honoring resilience and connection. Participants leave with practical tools, a renewed sense of empowerment, and a deeper bond with themselves and their heritage.

  • This workshop is designed for MENA women who want to explore the intersections of identity, heritage, and emotional well-being. It is ideal for those who are curious about the ways transgenerational patterns and cultural influences shape their experiences, and who are ready to practice self-compassion, set healthy boundaries, and connect with a supportive community.

Whether you’re seeking personal insight, emotional tools, or a space to feel seen and understood, this workshop offers a safe and nurturing environment to reflect, grow, and celebrate your heritage.
